Important Notes
- Naming convention for blocks should use parentheses - i.e. "Block A (MS)"
- Universal blocks should be added but should NOT be included in scheduler (Include In Scheduler = No)
- The COLOR for regular blocks should be #D3E3FA
- The COLOR for universal blocks should be #F9FBAE
