Tap your badge on the reader: 

Tap on "yes":

Enter your network username (NOT email address!) 

         For most of you it’s firstname.lastname (ex: evan.kanouse).for those who have been here a while try first letter last name (ex: jhamilton) then tap "OK":

Enter your server/PC laptop password (NOT email password!) and tap "OK".

Tap "YES" on the last if successful.

You can now make copies and scan to email. It will automatically insert your email into the TO: field when scanning.
