10 STEPS

1. The first step is to open Axiom and click Launchpad

2. Click Health

3. Click Find Students

4. Select "Full Name". Type the last name of the student and Press Enter

5. Click View Detail

6. Here you can enter the Allergies/Symptoms. This will be visible on the Faculty Portal.

7. Here you can enter the Current Medications. This will be visible on the Faculty Portal.

8. Here you can enter General Medical Notes. These notes are not always visible...

9. You can select the appropriate visibility for "General Medical Notes" at the dropdown menu for Medical Data Visibility.

10. Click UPDATE to save.
