16 STEPS
1. The first step is to open Axiom and click Launchpad
2. Click your division's homepage
3. Click Find People
4. Go to search fields
5. Type the words Child Current Grade
6. Click Child Current Grade
7. Scroll down to where Child Current Grade was just added and click the grades in your division
8. Click Role
9. Click Parent
10. Click Run Query
11. Click Actions
12. Scroll down and click Batch Print Documents
13. Select Person ID from the Record ID field
14. Click Parent Conference Schedule from the Select Document dropdown
15. Click Go
16. Click Download ZIP or Download PDF
