22 STEPS
1. The first step is to open SchoolPass and click Changes
2. Click Student
3. Type Student Name and Press Enter
4. Click Pencil
5. You have several options. You can change the Carpool of the child (i.e. going home with another student), move them to an activity or bus, or schedule an early dismissal.
6. Let's start by moving a student to a new carpool.
7. Type the last name of the new carpool and press OK
8. Click the name of the carpool you would like to select
9. Adjust the frequency as needed. If it's just for today, leave it as is.
10. Click Done
11. Now let's practice Move to Activity
12. Find the activity you would like to move the child to and select it
13. Click Continue
14. Again, adjust the frequency as needed, or just leave as is if this is a one-time change.
15. Click Done
16. Now let's Move to Bus
17. Click the name of the bus from the dropdown menu
18. Adjust the frequency, and press Done when finished
19. Finally, let's practice Schedule Early Dismissal
20. Adjust the pick up time as needed
21. Adjust the frequency if needed, and click OK
22. That's it. You're done.
