Troubleshooting at the Carline

6 STEPS

1. The first step is to open SchoolPass and click Campus Traffic

2. Go to "# of Records" and select Top 100 records

3. Press CTRL-F on your keyboard and type the license plate, which will search for that text on your page. If there are no results, the plate was not scanned and the parent should email support with their plate number.

4. If a match was found, check to make sure the Driver Type was recognized ("Parent".) If it says Unknown, the parent's plate was read but not registered in the system. The parent should email support for instructions.

5. If the driver type was recognized, check to make sure that the remarks include "Added to Carline". If the parent was added to the carline, the system worked as intended. If not, have the parent email support.

6. That's it. You're done.
