Recording HR Events (Housing and Stipends)

  1. Open the faculty member's record
  2. Go to "Events" 
  3. Press "add record"
  4. Choose the event date
  5. Choose the event type from the dropdown menu (i.e. "Stipend" or "Housing")
  6. Add any necessary notes
  7. Press "Update" 
  8. Now that you have saved the event, you can add a file to it if you so choose: 
    1. Click on the description of the event
    2. Click on the Files tab
    3. Press "attach files" and follow the prompts
