14 STEPS

1. The first step is to open System - Axiom and click Add a Staff Member

2. With your mouse, click Add a Staff Member

3. Enter the first name

4. Enter the last name

5. Click Coach as the Faculty Type

6. Choose the campus. 

7. Choose Athletics as the Primary Department.

8. Enter the date hired (start of school year if n/a).

9. Enter the email

10. Click  ADD STAFF

11. Click Roles

12. Scroll down and click Coach

13. Click UPDATE

14. That's it. You're done.
