6 STEPS
1. The first step is to open Raiser's/Financial Edge and click Environments (stack of pancakes icon)
2. Click Database options
3. A new page will open. Wait for the session information to load.
4. Click Terminate session once loaded
5. Wait for the session to terminate. Eventually, you will see this message. Now, try opening Raiser's/Financial edge again by going back to the Environments icon and pressing "Open Database View."
