21 STEPS
1. The first step is to open Axiom
2. Type the name of the teacher
3. Click the record
4. Click the name of the desired class
5. Navigate toward the student table
6. Click Open Query icon
7. A new window will open. Click Design
8. Click search fields
9. Type Person ID
10. Click Person ID to add to the query
11. Click Run Query
12. Click Actions
13. Scroll down and click Send an email
14. Choose a channel
15. Click Prepare recipients
16. Click Launch Composer →
17. Open composer.veracross and click New Email
18. When you're ready, Click Select Recipients
19. Click Parents/Guardians
20. Click Next →
21. That's it. You're done. Type your email and complete the composer process.
