16 STEPS
1. The first step is to open Axiom and click Launchpad
2. Click Health
3. Click Add a Medical Visit
4. Type the patient's last name, then press tab. You can select the patient from the dropdown.
5. Choose the visit purpose
6. Click Visit - Complaint/Symptom
7. Enter a brief visit description
8. Choose the primary symptom code
9. Enter the symptoms
10. If applicable, choose the condition code and list any conditions
11. Choose the primary intervention and add any additional details to the box below
12. Choose the primary disposition code and add any notes
13. Add the time in and time out so that the attendance is updated accordingly.
14. You can use the Set Time In or Out button to automatically timestamp the field with the current time
15. Click Email Visit Result to email a summary of the visit to the parents. Click here to view an example email.
16. Click the green "Add Medical Visit" button to save the visit.
