13 STEPS

1. The first step is to open a student record in Axiom. To access medical and family alerts, go to the Emergency tab.

2. You can add current medications.

3. You can add a general alert.

4. You can add a medical alert.

5. You can add a family alert.

6. Click UPDATE to save the alerts.

7. To add an academic alert, go to the Classes tab (this is called the Schedule tab in the MS/US).

8. Here you can add an academic alert.

9. These alerts are visible in the Faculty and Staff Portal. They are visible on each teacher's advisor dashboard.

10. They can also be accessed by going to Find Students and searching for a student.

11. A pop-up window will open once you have selected a student. Notice the alert icons at the top of the page.

12. Alerts entered in Axiom appear on the Emergency tab of this popup window.

13. The alerts appear as shown.
