For Users

1. Sign out of Financial Edge NXT,  by clicking your initials in the upper right hand corner and selecting Sign out
2.  Close the browser.
3. Open a new browser session and navigate to https://fenxt.blackbaud.com
4. Log into FE NXT as the affected user 
5. Allow the FE NXT page to fully load and resolve with navigation bar.  
6. Select the stacked coins icon and open database view.

For Admins

1. Sign into FE NXT from the URL https://fenxt.blackbaud.com with a newly created FE NXT user name.
2. Notice that the stacked coins icon is missing.
3. Log in as an Environment Administrator or Product administrator.
4. Go to Control Panel> Security.
5. On the Users tab, search for the affected user.
6. Click the ellipses icon and select Manage roles.
7. Notice in the Financial Edge NXT section there is a database view username populated in the Security groups tile.
8. Click Cancel.
9. Open database view and go to Administration, Set up system security.
10. Open the database view user record, notice the Use Windows Authentication checkbox is not checked and the Login field is blank.
