1. The first step is to open the GCDS Family Portal and click on the banner, "Click here to schedule your child's conferences."
2. Select the meeting times for each of your child's teachers that you would like to schedule a conference with.
Your conference will automatically be saved upon selecting a time slot with the teacher.
3. Select a time slot.
4. When you are finished, click the blue printer button next to My Schedule to download a PDF of your conference schedule.
5. A new window will appear where you can download/print your conference schedule. That's it! You're done.
