Adding Classes

19 STEPS

1. The first step is to open Main - Axiom and click Launchpad

2. Click Scheduler Prep

3. Click Add a Class

4. Choose the School Year

5. Choose the School Level

6. Click into the course box

Step 6 image

7. Type the name of the course and Press Tab

8. Choose your desired course, taking note of the course ID

9. Click Select Course

Step 9 image

10. Type the class ID, using the standard naming convention (CourseID-AY-Sec#)

11. Type the name of the class, using the standard naming convention (Course Name, except for homerooms, which are "Homeroom - LastName")

12. Type the teacher last name and Press Tab

13. Type the co-teacher last name and Press Tab

14. Choose the grading period group

Step 14 image

15. Choose the primary grade level, if one exists

Step 15 image

16. For LE/UE: Unless you are adding a homeroom, choose the Homeroom

17. Choose the grading method

Step 17 image

18. Click ADD CLASS

Step 18 image

19. That's it. You're done.
