When I put the Classification as UE (i.e. Back to School Night) and then give Parents visibility, is it only visible to UE parents? Should I not be specifying the division in the Classification column?

• Visibility for an event is a combination of Classification (which consists of School Level, Grade Level, and Campus), and the Visibility toggles (Public, Parents, Students, Staff/Faculty, Group Members.) 
• What this means is that if the School Level is UE and Parents have visibility, then only UE Parents can view that event. 
• The same is true for faculty - If the School Level is Upper School and Faculty have visibility, then only Upper School faculty can view that event (there are some exceptions for multi-divisional faculty and staff like Admins which I have configured manually.) 
• If the event is Public, then everyone sees it, regardless of the classification.
• If classification is not specified at all, Veracross defers entirely to Visibility...meaning "all faculty/staff" can view if Faculty is have visibility, or "all parents" can view if Parents have visibility, etc.

When I say all Staff/Faculty can see it do I then also have to add the Primary Group of Admins?

• ALL staff/faculty can view an event if the School Level is set to "All School", Grade Level is set to "None", and Campus is set to "N/A." 
• You do not need to manually add the Admin Group as the primary group as admins are considered "staff" or "faculty" and therefore will be able to view the event based on that role.
• I have also configured admins who work in multiple divisions to automatically view any staff/faculty visible event (i.e. if you set the School Level to Upper Elementary, I've made sure that cross-divisional staff like Adam can still see the event even though they are not technically a member of the Upper Elementary school level.)

I put the location for some events (when I know it), but I do not see it listed on the Calendar itself.  When it shows up the WEB calendar will the location be listed?

Yes, it is being listed in the calendar visible on the Veracross portal.

Is Public what I think it is - outside of the GCDS Community?

Yes, the Public calendar is the "Community" calendar in Veracross Portals and externally visible. Calendar events that are visible to family (when the Family toggle is set to YES) will appear on the "Family" calendar in the VC parent portal.

Can a Zoom be scheduled in Veracross?
