25 STEPS
1. The first step is to open Grade Change Notification - Axiom and click Design
2. Update the grading period
3. Update the enrollment ID of the course/grade enrollment record that you just updated.
4. Click Run Query
5. After verifying the information displayed is accurate, Click Actions
6. Scroll and click Send an email
7. Scroll and click Alerts
8. Click Query Results
9. Click Prepare 1 recipient
10. Click Launch Composer →
11. Click the arrow next to "Start from Template/Alerts"
12. Click Grade Updated (dynamic) --> Use Template
13. Click Custom
14. Change the from name to GCDS Registrar's Office
15. Change the reply to email to registrar@gcds.net
16. Click Continue →
17. Click Select Recipients
18. Click Parents/Guardians
19. Click Preview & Test
20. Make sure the information displayed looks correct.
21. Send a test email to the student to ensure they get a copy of this notification.
22. Click Send Test
23. Click Confirm & Send
24. Scroll and click Send Now
25. That's it. You're done.
